Hollywood smile
How many teeth does a Hollywood smile involve?
Most cases involve the teeth that show when you smile widely, usually eight to ten per arch. We only treat teeth that need it. If four teeth deliver the result, we will tell you that rather than sell you twenty.
Do my teeth get filed down to points?
No. That is the aggressive crown preparation seen in some low-cost tourism cases and it damages healthy teeth. Veneers need a fraction of a millimetre of enamel, and where a tooth is healthy enough we will recommend bonding instead of any preparation at all.
Will it look fake?
Only if it is designed that way. You choose the shade and shape at the mock-up stage, and we photograph it so you can compare. Most of our patients choose a natural bright shade rather than the brightest available.
How long does it take if I am travelling from the UK?
Most makeovers are completed in one trip of six to seven days. Cases needing gum treatment, root canals or orthodontics first are split into two trips, and we tell you which applies before you book flights.
How long do the results last?
Well-made porcelain veneers and crowns commonly last ten to fifteen years or more with good hygiene and a night guard. Composite needs polishing every year or two and replacing sooner.
How much does a Hollywood smile cost at your clinic?
Albanian dental guidelines do not allow clinics to publish prices online. Send photos or an X-ray on WhatsApp and we send a personal costed plan privately, confirmed after your in-clinic examination.
Does a Hollywood smile need veneers or crowns?
Whichever preserves the most tooth. Sound teeth take minimal-prep veneers; teeth that are root-treated, cracked or mostly filling need crowns. A plan that proposes crowns on every tooth regardless of condition is being driven by speed, not by your teeth.
