We ask about symptoms, habits and medical history before looking at every tooth and surface.

Digital radiographs
Bitewing or panoramic images show decay between teeth and around old fillings that the eye cannot see.
- Step 3
Your written plan
You receive the findings and the recommended treatment in writing, with costs sent privately by email or WhatsApp.
- Step 4
Treatment
Most fillings are completed the same or the next day, so a short trip is usually enough.
Between check-ups
- Limit sugary snacks and drinks to mealtimes, frequency matters more than quantity.
- Use a fluoride toothpaste of at least 1450 ppm and don't rinse after brushing.
- Report sensitivity to cold or sweet early, small cavities need small fillings.
- Have a check-up at least once a year, even when nothing hurts.

- Can I have a check-up while visiting Tirana?

- Do you replace old amalgam fillings?
- We replace them when they are cracked, leaking or decayed underneath. We do not recommend replacing sound amalgam fillings for cosmetic reasons alone without discussing it with you first.
- What if I need more than a filling?
- You get the full picture in writing, including whether an inlay, a crown or root canal treatment is the better long-term option, and how many days it needs.
