All-on-6
Is All-on-6 stronger than All-on-4?
Six implants distribute load over more support points and shorten the cantilevers, which helps in heavy bites. Both designs are well documented; the right one depends on your bone and bite.
Will I ever be without teeth?
No. A fixed provisional bridge is normally fitted in the same trip as surgery, so you travel home with a full set of teeth.
What if I do not have enough bone?
Grafting or a sinus lift can rebuild the site, or angled and longer implants can avoid it. The CBCT scan tells us which route is realistic.
How much does All-on-6 full-arch treatment cost at your clinic?
Albanian dental guidelines do not allow clinics to publish prices online. Send photos or an X-ray on WhatsApp and we send a personal costed plan privately, confirmed after your in-clinic examination.
Should I have All-on-4 or All-on-6?
All-on-6 spreads the load across six implants and is preferred where bone volume allows, particularly in the upper jaw or for patients who grind. All-on-4 uses angled implants to avoid grafting where bone is limited. The CBCT scan decides it, not a package price, and we tell you which your bone supports before you travel.
