Who is responsible for your data

Dental Oasis Tirana is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. If you have a question about how your information is handled, or you want to exercise any of the rights described below, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and any message, photographs or X-rays you choose to send when you request an examination, use the implant cost calculator or write to us on WhatsApp or by email.

Enquiry details: the treatment you are interested in and the options you selected in the cost calculator, so we can prepare a relevant estimate and reply.

Technical data: standard information your browser sends to our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

Clinical records you create at the clinic are held separately under the clinic's patient record procedures and health-data obligations, not as part of this website.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare an indicative estimate, send you the written information you asked for and arrange an examination or appointment.

To keep a record of our correspondence with you, to run and secure the website, and to meet legal and professional obligations that apply to a dental clinic.

We rely on your consent when you send us an enquiry, on our legitimate interest in running the clinic and its website, and on legal obligations where these apply. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who can see it

Your information is accessible to the clinic team members who handle enquiries and treatment planning, and to the service providers that host this website, store its database and deliver our email. Those providers process data on our instructions only.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, that conversation also passes through the platform you chose, under its own privacy policy.

We disclose personal data to anyone else only where the law requires it.

Patient photographs

Before-and-after photographs and testimonials are published only with the patient's consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us, we will remove the images from the website when we are asked to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and estimate records are kept for as long as we need them to follow up your request and to evidence what was discussed. Where you become a patient, the relevant information is kept for the period required for dental records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to treatment.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Storage in your browser is limited to what is needed for the site to work, for example remembering your language choice, and keeping a staff member signed in to the content manager.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we have no obligation to keep it, object to a particular use, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.
