About these terms

This website is operated by Dental Oasis Tirana, a dental clinic based in Tirana, Albania. By browsing the site, using the cost calculator or contacting us through the forms, WhatsApp links or phone numbers published here, you agree to the terms below.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last reviewed.

Information is not medical advice

Articles, treatment pages, timelines and answers to frequently asked questions on this website are general information about dental care. They describe how treatments usually work and cannot replace an examination.

No treatment plan, diagnosis, timeline or outcome is confirmed until a clinician has examined you in person, together with any imaging that is needed. Results shown in patient photographs are individual to those patients and are not a promise of the same result for you.

If you have pain, swelling, bleeding or any other urgent symptom, contact a dentist or emergency service directly rather than waiting for a reply to an online enquiry.

Prices, estimates and quotations

In line with Albanian dental guidelines we do not publish treatment prices on this website. Where the site provides an estimate, for example through the implant cost calculator, that figure is indicative only, is based on the information you supply, and is sent to you privately.

Only a written plan issued after an in-clinic examination is a binding quotation. Any comparison with costs in other countries is a general market reference gathered from public sources and is not a quotation from another provider.

Appointments and enquiries

Requests sent through this website, WhatsApp or email are enquiries, not confirmed appointments. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed a date and time with you directly.

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, especially where surgical time has been reserved for you. We are not responsible for travel, flight or accommodation costs you arrange around a treatment plan.

Using the website

The text, photographs, patient case images, illustrations and logo on this website belong to Dental Oasis Tirana or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for personal use, but you may not republish, resell or alter them, or remove watermarks from patient photographs, without our written consent.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access restricted areas such as the content manager, or submit false contact details through our forms.

Third-party links and services

The website links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and email providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete or error-free, or that the site is always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information rather than on personal clinical advice.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a patient under Albanian law, or our responsibility for the clinical care we provide to you in the clinic.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, and the courts of Tirana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
