Introduction
"Teeth in a day" is a real protocol, not marketing, but it is often described in a way that leaves patients surprised later. Here is what actually happens.

- It depends on primary stability measured during surgery, not on a promise.
- The temporary bridge is acrylic: light, repairable, not for hard food.
- The definitive bridge follows three to six months later, on a second trip.

Who is a candidate
Patients with enough bone volume and density to hold the implants firmly at placement, no active gum infection, and a bite that can be controlled. Heavy smokers, uncontrolled diabetics and patients who grind heavily are assessed more cautiously.
The day itself
Planning happens on a CBCT scan before you arrive. On the day, any hopeless teeth are removed, implants are placed, and torque and stability values are recorded. If the numbers are good, impressions or a scan are taken and the temporary bridge is fitted the same afternoon or the next morning.
Living with the temporary
It looks like teeth and it is fixed, so it does not move when you talk. It is not built for steak, crusty bread or ice. A soft diet for the first weeks protects the implants while bone grows onto them, and this is the single most important thing you control.
The final bridge
Three to six months later, on a second trip of about a week, we take final impressions and fit the definitive bridge in zirconia or a titanium-reinforced design, chosen with you.
