During your stay
Eating, resting and exploring between appointments.
What can I eat after treatment?
Soft, lukewarm food for the first few days after surgery: soups, eggs, yoghurt, pasta and fish. Avoid very hot drinks, alcohol, smoking and anything crunchy near the treated area. After veneers or bonding you can eat normally the same day, avoiding staining foods for 48 hours.
What is there to do between appointments?
Plenty within walking distance: the Bunk'Art museums, Skanderbeg Square, the Dajti cable car and the Grand Park. Appointments are usually grouped in the morning, leaving afternoons free. After surgery we suggest resting rather than long day trips.
Is Tirana easy to get around if I only speak English?
Yes. English is widely spoken in hotels, restaurants and taxis in the centre, card payment is common, and ride-hailing apps work well. Our team is reachable on WhatsApp throughout your stay if anything needs translating or arranging.
