- Who will treat me at Dental Oasis Tirana?
You are treated by the same named clinician throughout, not passed between staff. Our team includes an implantologist and a prosthodontist working with an in-house laboratory technician, and you meet everyone involved in your case at the planning appointment.
- Do the dentists speak English?
Yes. Consultations, treatment plans, consent forms and aftercare instructions are all available in English as well as Albanian, so nothing about your care depends on translation by a third party.
- How do you sterilise instruments?
With a class B autoclave cycle, single-use items wherever clinically appropriate, sealed and dated pouches, and traceability records for every load. Surgical procedures are carried out in a dedicated room prepared to the same protocol used in EU clinics.

- Which implant brands do you use?
Internationally certified systems from Straumann, MegaGen, and JD that any dentist can service, so your implant can be maintained at home. We give you the implant passport with the brand, reference and batch number of every component placed, which is what a UK dentist needs for future work.
- What does your guarantee cover?
Implant fixtures carry the manufacturer's lifetime guarantee, and we provide our own clinical guarantee on the restorations we place. It applies while you attend the recommended check-ups and hygiene visits, and it does not cover damage from trauma or neglected maintenance.
- Is the laboratory work done on site?
Yes. Having the technician in the building is what makes a one-week veneer or crown case possible: shades are matched in person, adjustments happen the same day, and nothing waits on courier times between appointments.
